Welcome to Golden Banana Bed & Breakast and Superior Hotel

Located in the Wat Damnak commune, the Golden Banana opened in December 2003 with a few staff and only eleven rooms. Built in a tranquil secluded Khmer Village, a few minutes stroll across the Siem Reap River to the Old Market, shops, Pub Street, restaurants and nightlife. Only 10 minutes drive to the world-famous temple of Angkor Wat, Siem Reap International Airport and Tonle Sap boat port.

Golden Banana is gay friendly, owned & operated, but friendly and open to all guests from all walks of life. Over the past nine years, the original Bed & Breakfast Guest House has expanded many times to meet increasing demand for gay-friendly accommodation in Siem Reap, including the successful launch of the Golden Banana Superior Hotel.
